Close race in the Schou & Skouboe Cup

16/10/2009: Norwegian Geir Gulliksen won the three-star 140 cm show jumping class Schou & Skouboe Cup at the JBK Horse Shows. German Bastian Freese and Irish Shane Carey shared second place while Nina Braaten Johnson finished fourth.   Norwegian rider won The Schou & Skouboe was won by the Norwegian equipage Geir Guliksen and Storm 16. The pair had a flawless jump-off in 27.04 seconds.   A split second place German Bastian Freese on Caballero and Irish Shane Carey on Lotus Elise both did their jump-off in 27.33 seconds without faults. The pair thus shared second place at the Schou & Skouboe Cup.   A close race for fourth place Just like the other top riders in the Schou & Skouboe Cup, Norwegian Nina Braaten Johnson finished her round in less than 28 seconds. On Loyd 12 she finished in 27.90 seconds which ensured the equipage fourth place. The best Dane was Karina Schou Truelsen who finished tenth.   Class result   Photo: archive
